Shane Sibold

Camp Namanu Office Manager / Camp Namanu

Shane is a Portland native and has worked with youth in various settings since high school. Prior to making the leap to Registrar, Shane worked at Stafford Primary for our Before & After School programming. He enjoys building strong relationships with the students and parents, and fosters an appreciation for the outdoors.

Rock climbing, bouldering, hiking, camping, ultimate frisbee, and playing games with friends and family are all things Shane does in his spare time. He is also a hobbyist woodworker and is currently growing a cedar bonsai.

Past Experience

Shane has previously worked as a rock climbing guide and instructor as well as one-on-one support with mentally disabled children as a personal aide.

Education

Shane holds a bachelor’s degree in Sports, Wellness and Recreational Management.
