Camp Namanu ("Nuh-MAH-NOO") is one of the largest and oldest youth camps in the region, operating continuously since 1924 on the banks of the Sandy River. Our camp expands over 500 acres and sits on the banks of the Wild and Scenic Sandy River, just one hour east of Portland beneath Mount Hood. Camp Namanu offers overnight summer camp programming, small and large group rentals, community events and volunteer opportunities throughout the year.
