CIT Lodge – capacity 12

This charming A-Frame style building has a lovely back porch with a view of the Sandy River. Used by the Counselors in Training in the summer, the history of their experience is written in plaques dating back to the 1960’s. This is one of the coziest buildings on site.

Kiwanis Lodge – capacity 22

This two-story structure has ample space upstairs and down for sleeping up to 22. There is also enough space downstairs for the whole group to meet in front of the fireplace. Tables and benches are provided in the downstairs space. The large back porch on Kiwanis lodge is a program space unto itself. The fireplace inside is mirrored on the outside and this back area can be used as meeting space, open-air cabin, or rainy day program area. Kiwanis Lodge has electric heat and lights, a small kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with showers.

Guardians Lodge – capacity 20

Guardians lodge was designed as a little sister to Kiwanis Lodge. Sleeping space includes 20 total beds, as well as two bathrooms with showers. Guardians also features electric heat & lights kitchen or kitchenette as well as a fireplace/woodstove. The main living area is an excellent area for meetings or program activities for up to 20. There is a large front porch area that can also be used as a rainy day program space.

A-Frame Lodge – capacity 12

Conveniently located on the main meadow, the A-Frame is a multi-purpose building that includes a bathroom and a kitchenette. There is ample sleeping space for 12. A cozy fireplace helps keep this space friendly and warm.

Sherwood Cabins (7) – capacity per cabin 14

These cabins are warm and cozy with one semi-private area for staff living quarters. There are a number of campfire rings located around the Sherwood and Robin Hill cabins. Bathroom facilities located nearby.

Robin Hill Cabins (5) – capacity per cabin 10

These open air cabins are great for accommodating campers during late spring and early fall when a heated space is not needed. These cozy cabins are a great way to be sheltered yet in touch with the surrounding world.

Pioneer Cabins (4) – capacity per cabin 6-10

All Pioneer cabins are covered and many have three walls and one open side, often with a view of the Sandy River. They do not have electricity or heat.

Balagan Treehouses (4) and Lodge – capacity per treehouse 6

Our Balagan Tree-houses are perched next to the Sandy River and are a unique feature of Namanu. These beautiful structures are coveted by our oldest campers. They are covered but open air on all sides which immerses each camper in the surrounding lush green forest. Cabin fee $60.
Balagan Lodge is also available nearby for meetings, and includes a large hearth and capacity for 20.
