Gina Eiben

Gina Eiben is a vice chair of the Perkins Coie firmwide Mergers & Acquisitions practice. She represents public and private companies in their acquisitions, dispositions, investments and complex business combination transactions, and advises companies evaluating and pursuing M&A-based liquidity events.

Gina’s practice also includes representing issuers and underwriters in public offerings and providing advice and counseling on securities compliance, disclosure matters, and corporate governance practices.

Gina represents clients in a broad range of industries, including retail, apparel, energy, transportation, and manufacturing, and she has substantial experience with transactions in software and technology.

Gina was named 40 under 40 by the Portland Business Journal in 2017.

Gina’s is a parent of Camp Fire kids in our Before and After School Programs.

Previously, Gina was Associate at Calfee, Halter & Griswold. Her past board service includes Portland Parks Foundation (Chair) and Oregon Women Lawyers.
